The website that made me cringe

Our (relatively) new company (not Red Mark) now has its own website. To spare you the agony, I will not share it here. I'm in-charge of marketing, but wasn't consulted about it. It was done by the husband of a co-worker. I've been keeping my mouth shut because as in Bambi, "if you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all". It doesn't look professional, nor does it reflect that we're the experts we claim to be. We know how a company's website influences other people's perception.

Nevertheless, I learned a good lesson that I can apply to Red Mark. A website might not be the be-all and end-all of a business, but it does affect how your business is viewed. I vow to channel my marketing energies into my own business instead. I might as well apply what I'm learning for my own benefit.
