Petty annoyance

How hard is it to be polite over the phone?

I had to call someone today for information. The person who picked up the phone kept interrupting me. She wouldn't even let me finish what I was saying so I finally shut up. Then I heard her say in a most grumpy method, "no, I don't know anything about that." Then promptly put down the phone.

Hey lady, I actually considered posting some sort of review somewhere to warn them of you and your business. But you know what, you can do a better job warding off clients on your own without my input.

oh do tell cez. hehe. word of mouth is the best advertisement or deterrent.
