A repeat: ginataang bilo-bilo

I made ginataang bilo-bilo again last night. This time, I didn't have all the usual ingredients - just the ingredients we liked. It has glutinous rice flour balls, coconut milk, tapioca pearls (different colors!), plantains, and jackfruit (bottled langka). Somehow, I find rolling the glutinous rice flour into little balls very relaxing. Here's what I made:

Wow... I don't even know where to start. But we do not have anything quite as similiar as the one you mention. Too bad I'm not into cooking, if not I will sure get the receipe from you. :)
