Who's getting bailed out?

I'm not a fan of government bailouts. We've all heard of "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." But we need the bailout. Supposedly. I'm inclined to go along with what Pres. Obama says because...well, I like him. Talk about biased.

Honestly though, I don't see how this bailout plan can help me. As in directly help me, not the sort of help where you wait for the good stuff to trickle down to folks like me. And I don't know how this will improve things. I really wonder.

It's easy to criticize the plan, dig in your heels and expect the worst. In the meantime, I'll cross my fingers that this will be the final bailout needed to help the US economy.

Why should it be the last? If they are bailed once they will be bailed out again.
And speaking of that package is it more important to spend 30 million on a mouse or would it be better if it were spent on medical coverage for a couple of folks or more?
I'm just saying
