What's going to happen?

I read this bit of news just now, "Woman gets pregnant — while pregnant".

Now I'm wondering what will happen to the second baby when she gives birth to the first baby. How do they ensure that the second baby stays nicely ensconced in the womb while the older sibling gets ready to meet the world? Plus, how will they make sure that it's the right baby leaving the womb? OK, maybe that's an idiotic question. If anyone knows the answer, do leave a comment. I really want to know. Lastly, I didn't know conceiving while pregnant happens. The human body never ceases to amaze me.

I heard it's called superfetation. The couple was on the Today Show. They had been having trouble conceiving but she was not getting fertility treatments at the time she got pregnant. The younger baby is @ risk of being born premature. Good luck to them!
