We did, even if we didn't attend any Christmas Eve parties. Just stayed at home. Oh, we attended Midnight Mass then afterwards, munched on a platter of antipasto, drank wine and went to sleep. The next day, we went to my sister Lani's place, met up with one of her old friends (who we all know), went to a hibachi place for our late lunch, and hung out until evening came. My sister also played Santa and distributed gifts (yay!). I admit, we didn't do any Christmas shopping this year. After the whirlwind of activities, we needed time to catch our breaths. We could've ordered gifts online, but even that proved too tedious. If online gift ordering was so difficult, then you can imagine how low our energy levels were.
Nevertheless, 2010 is almost knocking on our doors. I doubt if I'll come up with New Year's resolutions. I don't really do those things. I mean, if you want to change, then you can change any day of the year, right? We haven't made any plans yet for New Year's eve, so we might stay at home as well. Or maybe not. We'll see how it goes.
