It's been a month since I last blogged, which is strange since I was already getting into the groove of blogging again. What can I say - the holidays came up. : )
Now we're on to 2013. New year, same resolutions - eat healthy, sleep earlier, don't take work stuff too frickin' seriously.
Might try the DASH diet this year. Ordered the book from Amazon just minutes ago. It's supposed to be a good approach, so we'll see how it goes. I already know my downfall - nighttime snacking in front of the TV. Show me a bag of Chippy and I wouldn't be able to resist. It's my kryptonite - I go all weak.
Apart from that, I've got other plans brewing in my head that are still up in the air, so sharing it at this point will just sound like drunken ideas.
Anyway, here's to a great 2013 for all of us!
