1 liter of water each morning

I watched this documentary "Food Matters" that talked about blending, juicing, super foods, detox, vitamin therapy and even the Gerson therapy. But what caught my attention is so simple to implement - drink one liter of water in the morning as soon as you wake up.

There are many benefits to doing this, which I won't list here. Just Google it. That's how I found out even Cameron Diaz does this.

So far I'm not seeing any negative effects from that tip. If anything, it seems to help with my digestion. In case you're interested, give it a try.
