Happy news and kudos

Let's begin with the happy news...

* The countdown for the finale of my sister Lani's radiation treatments begins. Here's hoping and praying that the treatments blasted away the cancer cells, so they will be gone.

* Our friend Jeremy got hitched last week! Congratulations to the newlyweds! Here's wishing the two of you a wonderful life together. (Share pictures!)

* A cousin is now a Registered Nurse! After months of waiting, the results are out. Congratulations, cousin! And as I told you, no need to take me out for a treat. ;)

* I sold my first item in Half.com! :D

* Of the 15 tasks in my to-do list, I already finished 8. Not bad!

And now, kudos to those who organized and/or donated for the Typhoon Frank relief efforts.

* KidsAhoyShop.com's Mission of Love for Aklan kid-victims of Typhoon Frank

* Rotary Club of Roxas and the City of Roxas Fire Department

* Black and White Movement (read their post "Let Us Help Aklan")

* Akeanon Ag Proud and fellow bloggers like Cheryl Joy of American Living, Filipina Thinking, Valpree of Help Kalibo, even people I know personally like Leo of Chemical Rhapsody and Lynn of Nitpicky

* The Capiz Medical Society (CMS) in cooperation with the Philippine Nurses' Association - Capiz Chapter (PNA-Capiz), Philippine National Red Cross - Capiz Chapter (PNRC-Capiz) and the Capiz-Aklan Medical Representatives' Association (CAMeRA)

* Task Force Noah

* Bill Gates

* My mom

* My "bro" and his family - K. Erwin, A. Anna & Josh

* and everyone else who took time out from their busy schedules to give their time and even money in helping our fellowmen.
